AutoClipper is a web-based video clipping tool that helps content creators transform long-form videos into short-form clips optimized for social media platforms including TikTok. The service uses AI to identify engaging moments, generate subtitles, and prepare clips for publishing.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any video content they upload and process through AutoClipper. Users must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any platforms they publish content to, including TikTok's Community Guidelines.
When you connect your TikTok account through AutoClipper, the application accesses your account solely to publish videos that you explicitly choose to post or schedule. AutoClipper will never post content to your TikTok account without your direct action (clicking "Post" or "Schedule").
AutoClipper stores your TikTok access token temporarily in memory for the duration of your active session only. Tokens are not persisted to disk, stored in a database, or shared with any third parties. Video files are processed locally on your machine and are not uploaded to external servers (except when publishing to TikTok at your request).
You retain all rights to your content. AutoClipper does not claim ownership of any videos you upload, process, or publish through the service.
AutoClipper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any content published to TikTok or other platforms through our service, including any consequences of such publishing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AutoClipper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
